Please note that you will be charged for the day of drop off regardless of the time your pet is dropped off.

On the day of pickup, if you pick your pet up before 12:00p, you will not be charged for boarding that day.

If your pet is bathed on the day of pick up, morning pickup is not available.

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. A full refund is available if cancellation is made 30 days prior to the pet’s stay.

If reservations are made within 30 days, deposit will be applied to your pets stay only. No refunds given if pawcation is canceled or you are a no show.

We kindly accept cash or credit/debit cards. No checks are accepted at this time.

Effective March 1, 2024 there will be a 3% fee added for all card payments.
